An .exe file? What the fuck?

It is an .exe because you don't need any extracting software... so you can just double click and it extracts itself. You dont need winrar, 7zip or anything. It is the same with most, if not all the other songs. As for this song it's awesome, I tested and there is a good difference in difficulties, although easy difficulty should probably be under medium instead :P All my five stars are belong to this :) P.S The Mihd link no longer works
